Return Process

When returning a SneakerBAAS order, the following is important:

Download the return form HERE

Print out the return form and fill it out completely.

Put the product in a separate shipping box with the return form in the product packaging.

Send the package to the address stated on the return form.

The package can be shipped with a courier of your choice.

Return Information

You can return a return shipment with any courier you like. We recommend PostNL, DHL, DPD or GLS.

Make sure you keep the Track & Trace of your return shipment!

As a customer, you are responsible for a return shipment. SneakerBAAS does not reimburse any costs incurred regarding returns.

SneakerBAAS is not responsible for damage or loss of a return shipment. We will wait with the refund until we have received the goods back. If you have paid a certain amount, SneakerBAAS will refund this amount as soon as possible (at the latest within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment).

Return Period

A SneakerBAAS order can be returned within 30 days after receiving the order, provided that the products are in their original condition.

Refunds

Orders that are returned within 14 days will be refunded via the payment method you used. Orders that are returned after 14 days, but within 30 days, will be refunded in the form of store credit (gift card).

We do not refund money or exchange products if they are not in their original condition and are returned in their original packaging.

We try to process all returns as quickly as possible with a maximum duration of 14 working days.

SneakerBAAS strives to send an e-mail when the return process is completed but cannot guarantee this. Check yourself whether you have received the amount to be refunded.

I have a problem with my product

Is there something wrong with your product? Please contact our customer service ( cs@sneakerbaas.com ). SneakerBAAS will process the defect and, if necessary, consult with the supplier of the product.

If the damage is caused by a manufacturing error, you will receive a new product of your choice (the same purchase price).
